30 Day Ab Challenge

Beach season is coming up boys. Time to get that post Super Bowl beer belly in shape. Our next stop on the 30 day challenge is going to be all core focused. I know its ironic to have a guy like me Q an ab challenge, but we are in this to get better together.


The Thang:

10,000 LBCs

10,000 Flutters (Count every other leg)


Now, unlike the run challenge, it could be easy to cheat yourself on this one. That is why we are going to be heavily focused on form.

LBCs – Elbows need to touch the knees (I have a gut and I can do it)

Flutters – Legs need to be completely straight, toes pointed away from your body and your heels can not touch the ground. You should be lifting your legs in the air using your hip as a hinge (not your knees)

This challenge will start 2/12 and wrap up 3/13. It should equal to around 333 of each every day.
