A Ho-hum WARZONE Day with Tater Sighting

Today’s workout started when YHC saw a Spartan Tip online called the Burpee Fit Test which is an AMRAP challenge to see how many reps you can do in 5 minutes. Goals are 80+ = Trifecta ready, 65+ = Beast ready, 50+ = Super ready, and anything under 50 in 5 minutes is Sprint ready. So, since no one had signed up for the Q 12 hours before start time I figured why not break this idea out. All 7 that posted did as many Burpees as they wanted and sucked up PLENTY of Oxygen in the process.

The Tater shows up happy as he can be, says something about Goldie having the Q at FartSight and this would be much easier and more enjoyable. HAHAHA!

RECOVER ( YHC thinks we were all glad it was over)
YHC had the Honor of attending the visitation for LoveBug's father yesterday.(timed just right to go through the line with GroundBlind and BowTie)
Upon walking up on the porch we were handed Memorial notes and a song sheet.
One of the songs just happens to be one of YHC's favorite hymns and felt it was perfect for today's Devo. (Tater was glad when he found out I wasn't going to sing it)

In The Garden
I come to the garden alone,
While the dew is still on the roses,
And the voice I hear,
Falling on my ear,
The Son of God discloses,
And He walks with me,
And He talks with me,
And He tells me I am His own,
And the joy we share as we tarry there,
No other has ever known.
